A website designed to help parents find out information in the Harrogate area that is invaluable as a parent and often hard to find. Features like 'Article of the week' and 'What we're talking about ' are editorials on a variety of topics where relevant businesses are listed within articles. Other site features include ‘Items For Sale’ where child related items can be advertised for sale at no cost.
‘Ask or Share’ where visitors can ask specific questions and we will endeavour to find the answers and visitors sharing their positive experiences of local services with us.
We are also starting to partner with local community groups, giving them a free website within Harrogate Kids Online, enabling them to communicate with their members whilst driving relevant traffic to Harrogate Kids Online.
Harrogate Kids Online also holds information like playground maps, the wee map, weather, what's on guide and a searchable business directory of businesses that serve parents.

This site is where businesses can list their offers, discounts, promotions and sales to a captive, local audience. Visitors must sign up to the site with their name and email address to be able to see the usable part of any voucher, whether it be printable, telephone code or an online shopping basket code, this enables us to pro-actively email our members current offers.

How much does it cost and do I have to go on all three sites?
We try and keep our costs as low as possible, and no it is not compulsory to go on all three sites to use us.

Prices start from as little as £2.50 per week.

Single Site
To be on either Harrogate Kids Online or only, there are two packages to choose from:

Silver Package - £2.50 per week
Ideal for the business that wants to make a start with their internet presence or has a very straight forward product or service. The silver package displays a small logo, business name, address, telephone number, web link and 25 word descriptions. This is entered in up to 6 business categories.

The Gold Package - £5.00 per week
Aimed at businesses that want to display more information by having all the features of the silver package along with a full profile page just for their company where they can shout about their products and services as well as display all contact details, web and email links, logo and up to 3 photos or images along with a 200 word editorial, Google map, testimonial page and email a friend facility.

Harrogate Vouchers - add £2.50 per week to Gold Package
(not available with silver)
Your own login to list up to 3 vouchers at any one time, change them as often as you wish. Stast to see how many times a voucher has been viewed so you can track its effectiveness.

Dual Site Listing
To have your business listed on both and Harrogate Kids Online is an additional £1 per week on either Silver or Gold Package.
You will be able to tailor your listings separately so you can target the services that are more relevant to each site.

Dual Silver Package - £3.50 per week
Dual Gold Package - £6.00 per week
Harrogate Vouchers remains at an additional £2.50 per week

Additional Advertising Areas
There are various areas on all sites where additional banners and adverts can be placed. These banners can be used at any point for a minimum of a month and for as long as you want in blocks of a month.

Side Banners - £10pm
Visible on Weekly Classes section and Community Websites to the right of page. Size 125x125px*

NEWWeekly Classes - £10 pm (upto 3 seperate classes)
List your weekly class with full description and contact details as a featured class.

How long am I tied in for?
We understand business don't like to be tied into long term contracts. Which is why we only have a minimum term of 3 months with 1 months notice in writing for Silver, Gold and Harrogate Vouchers packages.

Banners and Weekly Classes can be added and removed as required in blocks of 1 month.

How do I pay?
Silver, Gold and Harrogate Vouchers payment can be made by monthly standing order or in blocks of time 3, 6 or 12 months. We offer a discount of 12 months for the price 10 to businesses paying for a year in advance.

Banners and Weekly Classes are due in advance of csen time period. wever, if you wish to take banners or classes on a more permanent basis then this can be added to your monthly standing order.
